Warranty conditions

The warranty period is 24 months after
the date on the bill, covering all the
rights of chassis manufacturing and the
stroller structure.
• The warranty provides a right to re-
pair, not a change or refund of the
product.
• The warranty does not include
foam handles, rods, tyres, hooks or
zippers.
• The warranty is not transferable
and it could only be used by the
first owner.
• To make a complain and the
warranty to be valid, it must be
provided an original bill the object
of the reapir or revision and au-
diovisual material (photografies or
video) of the faulty part or item.
The warranty is not to be applied in
the following situations
• If modifications or repairs have
been done without the concern
and permission of Baby Essentials,
or if the product has been modified
or repaired by another non autho-
rised part.
• Corrosion or oxidation on the whe-
els and chassis produced by extre-
me weather conditions, including
high humidity, saltpeter, ice or
snow, or a poor maintenance.
• The fault was caused by an ina-
propiate maintenanceor use, or
anything considered inapropiate
use by the user, or not following
the user instructions, as explained
in the user guide.
• Incorrect setting up or mounting of
non original parts of the product.
• The fault was caused by result of
an accident produced by an airway/
transport company.
• Faults produced by the daily use of
this product.
• Damage in the handlebar produced
by the daily use.
• Inaporpiate storage or maintenan-
ce of the product.
• Discoloration or damage in the fa-
bric produced by the washing, rain
or an excesive exposure to the sun-
light.
• The fault is the result as an over-
load (exceeding the indications
about the weight of the child and
anything loaded).
• Baby Essential's commitment is
with the supplier shop and it is en-
dorsed in the bill. The warranty will
not be valid when there would be
non justifilied debt or refund on it-
self.
• Damage on the wheels produced
by the daily use or any other dama-
ges.
Replacement parts
Always use original parts provided by
Baby Essentials in the repair of the pro-
ducts Shom/Roberto Verino.

rectly to the After Sales Departament of
Baby Essentials.
