Please read these Operating Instructions through carefully before
connecting your device to the mains, in order to avoid damage due to
incorrect use. Please pay particular attention to the safety information.
If you pass the device on to a third party, these Operating Instructions
must also be handed over.
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Before connecting the plug to the socket, please check whether the
type of current and mains voltage agree with the specifications in
these Operating Instructions.
• Remove the mains plug from the socket when the device is not in use
and before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the device or mains plug in water or other liquids.
There is danger to life from electric shock!
• Incorrect operation and improper handling can lead to faults on the
device and injuries to the user.
• Do not operate the device of the mains cable or the mains plug show
signs of damage, if the device has fallen on the floor or has been
otherwise damaged, In such cases take the device to a specialist for
checking and repair, if necessary.
• Ensure that the mains cable does not hang over sharp edges and keep
it away from hot objects and open flames.
• Put the device on a stable, level and heat-proof surface and not in the
vicinity of hot objects or open flames (e.g. hotplates).
• This device is not suitable for commercial use not for use in the open
air.
• You should never leave the device unattended during use.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
