Please read these instructions before using your USB-4708B. They include important
safety and operation information. Be sure to charge the USB-4708B fully before the fi rst use.
WARNINGS
• Lithium-ion batteries must be used and charged properly. Improper use can result in
serious injury, fi re, or death.
• NOT FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS. Do not use this product in explosive
atmospheres, near fl ammable liquids, or where explosion proof or intrinsically safe
lighting is required.
• DO NOT use this product in the proximity of vehicles or equipment when there is a
risk of fl ammable liquids coming into contact with the headlamp.
• Light can become hot while on. To prevent damage DO NOT cover or place next to
any potentially fl ammable materials while in use.
• Do not leave the battery in direct sunlight or use or store the battery inside cars in
hot weather.
• Do not expose the battery to water or salt water, or allow the battery to get wet.
• Do not store the battery with metallic objects that may cause a short circuit.
• Immediately discontinue use of the battery if the battery emits an unusual smell,
feels hot, changes color, changes shape or appears abnormal in any way.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
INITIAL USE
• The user must unscrew the tail-cap on the rear battery housing and remove the
"Remove to Operate" tab on the battery.
• Fully charge the USB-4708B before the fi rst use, or if the battery is new or has been
unused for several months. The maximum charge time required is approximately 6 hours.
DAILY USE
• Use only the supplied Nightstick USB cable. For best performance, charge the USB-
4708B when the headlamp beam starts to dim.
• Locate the USB port on the bottom portion of the rear battery pack, remove the
rubber USB port cover, and plug the micro USB into the headlamps micro USB port.
• The total time to full charge the USB-4708B varies depending on the remaining
charge in the battery pack.
• The charge indicator light located directly above the charging port will turn red while
the charging and green when fully charged.
OPERATION
One switch on the right side of the headlamp controls all functions. To adjust the size
of the beam, turn the bezel of the headlamp clock-wise until the desired beam is reached.
ADJUSTABLE BEAM SPOTLIGHT / FLOODLIGHT
Press within 2 seconds to change modes:
• First Press = high-brightness
• Second Press = medium-brightness
• Third Press = low-brightness
• Fourth Press = off
STROBE
Press and hold the switch until the strobe function is activated. Press the switch once
more to turn the strobe function off.
STROBE WARNING
Exposure to strobing lights may cause dizziness, disorientation, and nausea. A very
small percentage of people suffer from photosensitive epilepsy and may experience
seizures or blackouts triggered by strobing lights. For more information from the

WARRANTY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship
and materials for the original purchaser's lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty
includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches,
electronics and included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof
of purchase. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse,
faulty installation and lightning damage are excluded.

UTILISATION INITIALE
• L'utilisateur doit dévisser le capuchon sur l'arrière du logement de pile et enlever
l'onglet « enlever pour faire fonctionner » sur la pile.
• Chargez la USB-4708B à bloc avant la première utilisation ou si la batterie est neuve
ou n'a pas été utilisée depuis plusieurs mois. La durée maximale de charge requise
est d'environ 6 heures.

UTILISATION QUOTIDIENNE
• Utiliser uniquement le cable USB Nightstick. Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats,
recharger la lampe USB-4708B lorque le faisceau de lumière commence à s'affaiblir.
• Localiser le port USB situé sur la partie du bas de l' arrière du bloc-piles, retirer le
couvercle en caoutchouc du port USB, et brancher le micro USB dans le port-micro
USB de la tête de la lampe.
• La torche électrique USB-4708B sera alors chargée à bloc.
• Le voyant lumineux de charge, situé directement au-dessus du port de charge,
passera au rouge lorsque la lampe est en chargement et au vert lorsque la lampe est
complètement chargée.
