3.2. FIELDS OF APPLICATION AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS USED
The "VOLPITECH - VT7" sprayer can be used in the following fields of application:
CLEANING • CONSTRUCTION • INDUSTRY
Chemical products used: Hydrochloric acid 20% - Ethyl alcohol - Bleach 0,5% - Cleaners - Hydraulic oils - Synthetic oils - Caustic
soda - Amuchina
3.3. PROHIBITIONS
•
It is forbidden the use of pesticides
•
It is forbidden to modify the sprayer's parts.
•
It is forbidden to apply devices or accessories to the sprayer without the authorization of DAVIDE E LUIGI VOLPI S.P.A.
•
It is forbidden to use solvents, such as alcohol, gasoline solvents or thinner, for the cleaning of the sprayer.

4. TRANSPORT AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

The transport of the sprayer must be realized using all the necessary cautions in order to avoid damages.
When transporting the sprayer please make sure the switch on/off is always off.
During transport, the tank must always be empty or, if not possible, safely fixed in order to avoid accidental outpours of liquid.
During transport and storing, do not put the sprayer on or under other material.
When moving the sprayer, it is recommended to avoid bumps, which could damage the product.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

5.1. SETTING OF THE SPRAYER
•
Check for the presence of the OR on the handle E and screw the barrel L on the handle E (fig. 1)
•
Unscrew the ring N from the handgrip E and insert it into the pipe G.
•
Stick completely the tip of the pipe G on the rubber holder of the handgrip E.
•
Tighten until the end the ring N on the handgrip E (fig.1).
•
Insert the ring C on the pipe G.
•
Insert completely the tip of the pipe G on the rubber holder of the tank A.
•
Tighten until the end the ring C on the tank A (fig. 2).
•
Insert the shoulder strap into the slots of the sheath H (fig. 3).
•
Insert the tip of the strap F into the slots of the tank A, as reported in the picture (fig. 4).
•
Turn on the sprayer using the on/off switch placed on the head of the sprayer (fig.8).
•
Verify the level of the charge of the battery through the leds Q on the head of the sprayer (fig.8).
•
N° 3 led turned on = battery charge 100%
•
N° 2 led turned on = battery charge 50 %
•
N° 1 led turned on = battery charge 20%
•
N° 0 led turned on = low battery
•
If the battery is low, follow the steps described in section 6.2
•
Turn off the sprayer
5.2 FILLING OF THE TANK
Prepare the solution in a specific container.
Pull the knob of the pressure discharge valve (fig. 5) to make sure the tank is not in pressure and the valve works regularly.
Unscrew head "2" and remove it from the tank.
Pour the solution prepared using the filter "4" up to 7 liters max.
Screw the head firmly onto the tank.
WARNING:
Do not prepare the solution in the sprayer tank, but in a separate container.
Do not pour the solution into the tank without the use of the filter.
5.3 POSITIONING OF THE SPRAYER
Place the sprayer on an plain surface and at an appropriate height in order to make it easier to put on the shoulder straps
previously adjusted.
5.4 SPRAYER START-UP
Turn on the sprayer using the on/off switch placed on the head of the sprayer to start the compressor.

Wait for the compressor to switch off automatically when the maximum operating pressure is reached.
