Turnable Tripod Assembly and
Operation
1. Locate a clear, level, stable location to set up the
hydraulic bender and tripod.
2. Attach the tripod mounting plate to the bottom of the
bending frame with supplied fasteners and firmly tighten.
3. Securely assemble the legs to the tripod bracket with the
supplied pins. Place on floor and confirm stable. Loosen
the locking bolt to allow the mounting plate to be insert-
ed.
4. Fully insert the mounting plate into the tripod bracket,
aligning the bending frame with two legs. Tighten the
locking bolt to hold in place.
5. Assemble the Hydraulic Bender per the manual instruc-

6. If needed, the locking bolt can be loosened during use
to allow the bender to rotate. If bender rotation is not
needed, align the cylinder with a leg and tighten the
locking bolt.
7. Always properly support the pipe to prevent tipping of
the pipe and bender during use.
