Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
h)
When lowering, watch out especially for your feet.
i)
Keep unauthorised persons off the working area.
j)
Before lowering, check if no undesired objects are
present under the dolly of the vehicle.
k)
Working under the vehicle is forbidden when using
the dollies.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g)
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt
h)
Do not use the dolly on sloping surfaces. The device
is designed for use on flat surfaces; do not pass
obstacles with the dolly.
i)
Do not exceed the maximum load of 680 kg.
j)
Do not start the vehicle engine; the dollies are
designed only for manual vehicle handling.
k)
Do not use the dolly for tires of width exceeding 12
inches (30.48 cm).
l)
Once the lifting is finished, always block the pin.
Once the work is finished, remove the pin.
m)
Before you transport a load on the dolly, make sure
that the load is centred.
n)
Move the vehicle on the dolly with uniform, easy
rate. Any violent movements can damage both the
vehicle and the dollies.
o)
In case of hydraulic oil leakage, follow the procedures
in force in the area of the given country. The
hydraulic oil can be dangerous for the environment.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protection facilities and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of an accident or injury when using
the device. When using the device stay alert and use
common sense.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The Hydraulic Wheel dolly/the tire wheel dolly is used
to lift and handle vehicles. The device allows vehicle
displacement without use the standard vehicle drive.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.

Attach wheels to the dolly as shown in the figure below:

3.3 DEVICE USE

1.
Put the dolly on the floor and press the pedal to
release the block hook.
2.
Remove the protective pin from the frame.
3.
Before start-up, turn the switch counterclockwise.
4.
Adapt the dolly width to a wheel by extending the
frame with the rollers.
5.
The rollers shall be spaced so as to touch the tire
both ways.
6.
Turn the switch home while turning it clockwise.
7.
Install the dolly so as it is parallel to the side wall of
the wheel (¾ in or 1.9 cm as minimum). If the dolly
is set improperly, the wheel can hit the jack axle and
this will result in jack damage.
8.
To lift the wheel, put your foot on the pedal and
press it several times while pressing down vertically.
9.
Press the pedal until the tire is raised up to the
height of 1 inch (2.54 cm) or less. The lower height of
the wheel, the more stable dolly.
10.
Once the tire is lifted, always block the pin and the
pedal. Do not start your work before the pin and the
pedal are blocked.
11.
If more than one dolly is used, repeat the above
activities on the remaining wheels.
12.
To release the jack, remove the pin from the frame
and open the valve by turning the knob slowly
counterclockwise.
13.
Separate the rollers to put out the dolly.

1.
Place the dolly under the wheel raised before.
2.
Place the dolly so as it is located under whole tire
width.
3.
Protect the opposite wheels with wedges do avoid
uncontrolled vehicle rolling.
4.
Remove the wedges to handle the wheel placed on
the dollies.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface
Regular inspections of the device must be carried out
in terms of its technical efficiency and any damages
Rotary elements and/or contact surfaces shall
be kept clean, free of rust traces and periodically
protected with thin films of specialistic oil.
In case of longer device disuse, protect it with grease
for the storage period. To ensure safe use, remove
the grease excess before reuse.
