Possible Cause
Black quick connector nozzle not fitted
Detergent Bottle (9) empty
Trigger Lock (21) is switched on
Overloaded or damaged motor
Pressurised
Mains plug not fully inserted or mains socket switch is off
Residual current device (RCD) has operated or not been reset
Plug fuse has blown (UK only)
Thermal safety switch has operated
Water inlet filter is clogged
Water hose connection is leaking or allowing air to enter
Pressure washer valves or seals are worn or damaged
Pump is sucking in air
Clogged nozzle
Pump sucking in air
Thermal safety switch has operated
Loose fittings
Seals worn out

Possible Solution
Change nozzle with Trigger (22) released
Refill Detergent Bottle
Switch Trigger Lock off
Do not use. Contact dealer immediately
Squeeze Trigger (22) on lance before starting
Check and correct issue
Reset residual current device (RCD)
Replace fuse and contact dealer if it immediately blows again
Switch off and allow pressure washer motor to cool before starting
Clean filter
Check water hose connection
Contact dealer
Check water hose connections

Check water hose is securely connected and water is on.
Remove kinks in water hose
Switch off and allow to cool before restarting
Tighten fittings
Contact dealer
A small amount of oil loss is normal especially when new
