3b) Display lock - Automatic mode
The display is automatically deactivated after 1 minute
of inactivity from the user; the locking of the display is
signalled by a red padlock icon. Method to activate the
display is the same as in Manual mode.
4) "Screen saver" - switches the screen saver on/off
4a) Screen saver – NO – the screen saver is
deactivated
After 1 minute of inactivity from the user, the luminosity
of the display always decreases to 50%.
4b) Screen saver – YES – the screen saver is active
After 1 minute of inactivity from the user, the luminosity
of the display decreases to 30% and the screen saver
is displayed (only Time is displayed)
5) "Units"
Unit for Temperatures: Celsius or Fahrenheit (°C/°F)
Unit for Time: 24h or AMPM
6) "OFF Screen Period"
User can select a period when display goes completely

By default, the period is 20:00 to 06:00.
After 1 minute of inactivity during this period, display is
OFF.

WIFI

In this menu, you can check the status of WIFI
connection and also configure the WIFI.
Status: either "Connected" or "Not Connected"

- SSID: the name of the WIFI network the V24 WIFI
is connected on. The network is entered by the
user
- IP Address: IP Address is given by the router
- MAC Address: MAC Address of the V24 WIFI
- Remote Pass: this pass is used to link the V24
WIFI to the account created on the Webpage
"http://V24 WIFI.fenixgroup.eu/mobile/dist".
Once the link between the account and the V24
WIFI is done, this parameter is not used anymore.
- WIFI Module: versions of the different WIFI
components
"Refresh" button updates the information displayed.

: WIFI Configuration
By pressing "Settings" button 3 seconds, you can enter
the WIFI settings menu.
1) WIFI Settings: in this menu, user can set the
different parameters for WIFI network
2) Remote Pass: to enter the code received by email.
This code is used to link the V24 WIFI to the user
account
WIFI Settings:
Two possibilities: Manual or Automatic
Manual: the user has to enter the name of the WIFI
network (also called SSID), the type of Key and the key
for the network.
Automatic: the V24 WIFI will scan the different WIFI
networks, the user can choose his network among the
available networks then choose the type of key and
finish by entering the key.
