Payment system BSK20 installation instructions
Reason: With the BSK20 install kit, a payment system can be connected to a PW 4xx or PW 8xx washer.

knowledge and experience.

All appropriate safety regulations must be taken into account.

Read the technical service documentation (TSD) before starting service work.

Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection, mat. no. 05057680, should be used.
Payment system BSK20 installation
A
Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Connect the wiring harness to ST18 on the ELP 235 electronic; see Fig. 1, Item 1.
A
Feed the wiring harness through the cable guides on the electronics mounting bracket; see Fig. 1.
A
Secure socket X1-1 with the cable tie; see Fig. 1, Item 2.
A
Break out the pre-punched area in the machine rear panel; see Fig. 2, Item 1.
A
Feed the payment system wiring harness through the pre-punched hole and install the strain relief.
A
Connect the payment system to socket X1/1.
A
Reinstall the machine lid.
A
Reconnect the machine to the power supply and switch it on.
A
Log the payment system on; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Carry out a functional check of the payment system.
A
Carry out a complete program with the machine and allow it to run to its end.

The control electronic only registers payment system operation properly after this program has finished!
