There is a risk of serious damage, injury and even death if service and repair work is carried out incorrectly.

Service and repair work should only be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician with specialist training,
knowledge and experience.

All appropriate safety regulations must be taken into account.

First read the Technical Service Documentation (TSD), then commence work.

Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection, Mat. no. 05057680, should be used.
Payment system BSK20 fitting
A
Remove the machine lid, see the model-specific TSD.
A
Connect the wiring harness to the plug connector ST18 (1) on the ELP 235 electronic module, see Fig. 1.
A
Lay the wiring harness along the left of the electronic module holding plate through the component bracket cable
guide through the machine in the area of the electrical connection, see Fig. 1.
A
Secure the connection socket (X1-1) (2) with the cable holder, see Fig. 1.
A
Break out the pre-punched area (1) in the machine rear panel, see Fig. 2.
A
Feed the payment system connection cable through the new opening in the machine and fit a cable through-feed or
the strain relief.
A
Connect the payment system to socket (X1-1).
A
Fit the machine lid.
A
Connect the machine to the mains and switch it on.
A
Log on the payment system, see the model-specific TSD.
A
Carry out a functional check with the payment system.
A
Carry out a complete programme with the machine.

The control has registered and set up payment system operation.
