Battery charger
The integrated load curve is a 3 steps curve, with
charge at :
14.1V ± 2% : Bulk mode during 30min
(When I<6A then absorption mode is
selected).
13,8V ± 2% : absorption mode during 10
hours.
13,2V ± 2% : floating mode which prevents
the battery from boiling when long use.
At floating mode, if the current delivered by the
charger is up to 10A, at 13,8V ± 2% it moves to the
absorption mode. After 7 days at this mode, it
comes back to the bulk mode and makes again a
complete charging cycle to prevent the battery
from sulfating.
Different curves selectable by switch :
Position A: bulk mode at 14.1V during 30 min max for lead battery (factory configuration).
Position B: bulk mode at 14.3V during 4 hours max for gel battery.
Visualisation
One led on the front panel informs about the charger working and the state of the battery:
- led off: the charger is not connected to mains.
- fast blinking led (2 blinks per second): charge at bulk mode 14.3V or 14.1V).
- slow blinking led (1 blink per second): charge at absorption mode (13.8V).
- led (permanently) on: charge at not working mode (13.2V).
2-way terminal :
This is output 230VAC of presence information. Mass is present on the (-) terminal and the +12 V on the (+)
terminal when the 230V charger is connected and turned on. This information is typically used to control an
indicator on a panel.

Make sure that the charger is disconnected from mains before maintenance.
You must connect the charger to the mains after connecting the batteries.
The connection must be made by an electrician or a professional installer.
It must be ventilated (let minimum 150 mm free around it).
The device must be mounted horizontally, let minimum 15cm of free space around to ensure a good cooling:
providing a cold air inlet at the bottom and hot air outlet at the top.
