MODE
1. Press the button to scan trough the values in the display (Time-Calories-Odometer-Pulse-
Speed- Distance).
2. Press the button and hold for 2 seconds to reset all values to zero (except odometer).
FUNCTIONS & OPERATIONS
1. Batteries Installation
Insert 1 piece AAA 1.5V battery in the battery case on the back of monitor.
Whenever batteries are removed or replaced, all values will be reset to zero except for the odometer.
2. Auto On/Off
While the user starts to do exercise, the display will show the workout value automatically. If the computer
does not receive a signal for more than 4 minutes the display will turn off automatically. All values are reset
to zero except for the odometer which will accumulate the total distance continuously.
3. Auto Scan
After the monitor is switched on, the LCD will display all values such as Time-Calories-Speed-Distance-
Odometer-Pulse alternating every 6 seconds.
4. Speed
Read out of the current speed in kilometres per hour, range from 0-99.9
5. Distance
Counts up the distance from 0 to 999.9 km.
6. Time
Displays the workout time from 00:00 to 99.59.
7. Calories
Shows the approximate value of calories burned during the workout from 0 to 9999.
Note: This data is a rough guide which can not be used in medical treatment.
8. Odometer
Accumulates the total distance up to 999.9 km.
9. Pulse
The monitor will display the user's heart rate in beats per minute during training.
Note:
1. If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the batteries at the back of the monitor.
2. Battery Spec: 1.5V AAA (1 PC).
3. The batteries must be removed and shall not be disposed in municipal waste. Dispose them according to
the local regulations.
