Remove the small thumbscrew, rotate paper towel holder to the outward
position. Replace and tighten small thumbscrew to lock the paper towel
holder in place.
STEP 07
With the help of another person, place the griddle top and hood on to the
griddle body by aligning the four pins to the holes on top of the unit. Make
sure the pins are fully seated in the holes on the top. Then place the grease
cup at the rear of the unit.
