Insert one iPad into each slot.
NOTE: If the iPads are new, they should be fully charged before attempting to sync.

Plug the USB connectors into the Charge and Sync Cabinet and the iPads. All the iPads
loaded in the Charge and Sync Cabinet will appear under Devices in iTunes.
