Trouble shooting
Please check the following list of possible problems and their solutions first. If you cannot solve the
problem(s) after consulting the list, stop using the product at once and contact your retailer or the
nearest CamScanner customer service.
Problem
Check all cables are properly connected and everything
is turned on
No images
Make sure the projector or computer is not in sleep mode.
There may be dirt on the lenses.
Blurry images
Is the lighting device turned on?
Dark images
Note: This symbol on the product or in the instructions means that
your electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed at the
end of its life separately from your household waste. There are
separate collection systems for recycling in the EU.
