Machine usage:
This machine is the ideal answer for optimal
preparation of welded tubes and other types of
assemblies
in
the
pharmaceutical, chemical fields, etc.
This procedure provides a rake face with a
surface in a very good state and with very
limited burring. The perpendicularity between
the sheered surface and the tube is just tenths
of a millimetre.
With a blade in good condition and adequate
cutting parameters, the cut is considered to be
without burrs.

Mounting on a workbench:
The cutting machine can be installed and
bolted on a workbench. Attention should be
paid to the stability of the assembly (cutting
machine + workbench + the tube to be cut),
and also to the load that can be supported by
the workbench.
