Only measure tension of stays where both ends are fixed. Meter is not
accurate if one end is free to move as in a mainsheet or
hanging object.
Measure tension at a point that is at least 2' (.5m) from terminal.
Important: When rotating handle, use index
finger to avoid excessive force.
Note number shown on handle. Rotate handle
to same number each time you measure the
same diameter wire. Record numbers below or
on inside of box. Numbers on handle do not
refer to wire sizes; they are for reference only.
