WARNiNGS
1. When the steriliser terminates its sterilising cycle
it is very hot. To avoid any risk of burns, allow it to
cool down for a few minutes before touching it, and
always handle with care.
2. Pay attention when lifting the lid up as the hot
steam can cause scalding or burns.
3. Always empty and clean the steriliser thoroughly
after use.
4. Never add chemical sterilising solutions or liquids
to the drinkable tap water .
5. Always use the right amount of water (200 ml).
6. Never use the steriliser without water or with less
than 200ml of water in the tank.
7. Only place products in the appliance which are
boil-proof and compatible for use in microwave
ovens.
NoTE:
Glass feeding bottles can only be sterilised in
microwave ovens when this option is expressly
declared in the product specifications.
If in doubt, the glass feeding bottle can be tested
in the microwave by placing it inside when it is
empty, together with a glass of water; then run
the microwave for one minute at maximum
power. If the bottle is warm this means that it
has absorbed the microwaves and it therefore
not suitable for this type of oven; if however it is
cold, it can be used without any worry as it is not
affected by electromagnetic waves. Do not place
METAL or nylon objects inside.
8. Some plastic products may have metal parts. Check
the products carefully and if in doubt, contact the
manufacturer.
9. Do not place nylon products in the microwave
steriliser.
10. Always place the steriliser on stable and flat
surfaces.
11. Make sure when inserting the steriliser in the

microwave that it is perfectly flat and the water in
the base cannot spill over.
12. Do not place the steriliser directly onto open
flame hobs, hot surfaces or in traditional ovens.
13. If the microwave oven has a grill, check that the
grill mode is OFF before starting the sterilising
cycle.
14. This steriliser is suitable for use in 600 to
1200W microwave ovens. Do not use it if the
wattage values are lower or higher than those
recommended.
15. This product is not a toy, keep out of the reach of
children. Warning - burn risks.
16. When not in use, store in a clean, dry place away
from direct light and all heat sources.
17. Warning! Immediately after the sterilising cycle,
the steriliser and objects inside the appliance are
very hot; always handle with maximum care to
prevent burns.
18. When using combination microwave ovens, check
that the grill and/or crisp mode function are all
OFF. Check that the grill is cold and that the crisp
plate is not inserted in the oven.
