USE INSTRUTIONS MINI-SAFE FOR KEYS WITH ELECTRONIC COMBINATION Model KG/4E

The mini-safe for keys is supplied with the door open, the factory personal combination
0 – 0 – 0 – 0 – 0 – 0
•
The mastercode is a code that the owner
(PIN) is forgotten.
•
Preserve the personal combination and mastercode in a safe place.
•
If the mini-safe is not used for a long time, it is advisable to remove the batteries.
•
The CLEAR
is used to cancel the last incorrectly entered digit.
INITIAL SETTINGS AND OPENING THE DOOR:
•
Open the protective flap by pressing on the sides and pulling to access the keypad.
•
Open the door and unscrew the screw locking the battery compartment cover.
•
Insert 3 alkaline 1,5V AAA batteries respecting the correct polarity, replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.
•
Remove the yellow protective tab from its seat (fig.1).
•
Perform a test opening with the door open by digiting the factory combination
heard and the green light will light up for a few seconds).
SETTING THE PERSONAL COMBINATION:

SETTING THE NEW MASTERCODE COMBINATION:

Close the door by pushing it till it clicks on the internal catch.
WALL INSTALLATION:
•
Chose the fixing position, open the door and, keeping the safe vertical, mark the position of the 4 holes on the wall;
•
Use a Ø 6mm drill to drill the 4 holes about 30mm.deep;
•
Insert the 4 plugs into the holes drilled in the wall;
•
Position the mini-safe accurately, insert the screws from the inside and screw into the relevant plugs.
LOW BATTERIES SIGNAL:
•
The red light lighting up after the opening procedure indicates that the batteries inside are being exhausted. Replace the batteries as soon as
possible.
•
Almost totally discharged batteries will trigger a continuous beep with the simultaneous switching on of the green LED not unlocking the
door.
OPENING THE DOOR WHEN THE BATTERIES INSIDE ARE COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED:
Using the battery holder for 3 1,5V AAA batteries supplied, proceed as follows:
•
Remove the small black rubber plug located at the outer bottom of the mini-safe;
•
Install 3 new alkaline 1,5V AAA batteries, respecting the polarity;
•
Insert the mini-USB of the battery holder into the mini-safe USB port (see pic. 2) and turn it on by bringing the lever to ON;
•
