ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1)
Group parts together and lay them on the floor.
2)
Attach 5 plastic feet to the end of 5 L-shaped
upright legs (3x90

Take two of the L-shaped upright legs (90
attach a long beam across the bottom to connect
them, creating a U-shape. Push the beams into
the slot. Remember to have them the right way up
and then tap with a rubber mallet into place.
4)
Connect to the U-shape a third L-shaped upright
o
leg (90
) with a long beam. This will create the
back corner.
5)
Connect to each side one L-shaped upright leg
(open angle) with a short beam.
6) Complete the level by inserting one medium
beam.
7)
Take a central support, bend the two end tabs to
approximately 90
slots A and B (or A and C) from the centre to the
left (or right side). Either side is correct. Make
sure the beams, that form each shelf, are levelled
otherwise your shelf will not be straight.
8) Slot one MDF board into this metal shelf. Your
base and first shelf are complete.
9) For the second shelf slot 2 short beams, a
medium beam, 2 long back beams and a central
support. Make sure the beams, that form each
shelf, are levelled otherwise your shelf will not be
straight.
10) Slot one MDF board into this metal shelf. Your
second shelf is complete. It is recommended to
evenly distribute the shelf height to gain maximum
strength.

At the top of the first set of legs attach a 90
upright connector to each of the three 90
legs. And an open angle upright connector to
each of the two open angle upright legs. Push the
tabs into the slots and tap with a rubber mallet
into place.
12)
To each of these connectors you are now able to
attach the remaining 5 upright legs (3x90
open angle).
13) Then continue to build the rest of the shelves
attaching the short, medium and long beams. Slot
in each of the remaining MDF boards as you go.
14) For the last shelf we recommend slotting the
beams at the top slot. This will add to the racking
strength and rigidity.

Attach the remaining 5 feet to the top of the
uprights if desired (3x90
