ROPE ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
STEP 1
Press the button on the Handle (No.
2) to take out the Rope (No. 1).
STEP 2
Adjust the length of the Rope (No. 1)
according to your height. If it is too
long, cut the Rope (No. 1) with
pincers. Be careful when using
pincers.
STEP 3
Press the button on the Handle (No.
2) to re-insert the Rope (No. 1).
STEP 4
Release the button on the Handle
(No. 2) to lock the Rope (No. 1)
automatically.
The adjustment is complete!
