- Using a single port : When the adapter detects the device is fully
charged (charging current less than 200 mA) the adapter and the
screen will automatically turn off.
- Using the 2 ports : When the USB-A port and the USB-C port are
used simultaneously : The port whose device is fully charged (charging
current less than 200 mA) turns off automatically but the second port
(which the device is not yet fully charged) continues to power the
device until it is fully charged (charging current less than 200 mA).
Then the adapter and the screen turn off automatically.
Notes
- The ON/OFF button is only used to turn the screen on or off but not
the adapter : When a device is charging, by pressing the ON/OFF
button you will turn off the screen (ideal at night for example in a
bedroom) but you will not stop the device from charging.
- If no device is charging, the screen displays OFF then turns off
automatically (after about twenty seconds).
- Once the device is fully charged (or if the charging current is less than
200mA) the adapter and screen will automatically turn off. Unplug then
plug the device back in to restart charging.
- If you plan not to use your adapter for a long time, we advise you to
unplug it from the mains.
