Application Examples
The electric air heater is built into a ventilation
duct. It heats the air that flows through it and can
be used, for example to
•
compensate for transmission loss in rooms or
houses. If correctly laid out and if the ventilation
and air conditioning equipment is correctly
measured and evaluated, it can handle the
complete heating,
•
guarantee the function of a heat pump or a heat
recovery unit in the case of low external
temperatures,
•
to increase the temperature of the outside air to
a suitable supply air warmth. In this case, the
corresponding layout is very important.
The electric air heater is also used as a re-heater,
for example:
•
for ventilation and air conditioning equipment
with heat recovery.
•
for individual offices and other rooms, whose
temperature should be controlled according to
their individual heating requirements.
