SAFETY CHECKS
Before each use of your trampoline tent, test its assembly using the following checklist.
•
Make sure the trampoline is set up properly before adding the trampoline tent.
•
Look underneath the trampoline tent and ensure that the buckles are firmly attached to frame.
•
Check that the sidewalls of the trampoline tent do not have any defects.
MAINTENANCE
At the beginning of the season or after a long period without use, it is imperative to check the integrity of
the trampoline tent and its main components.
It is essential to carry out these checks regularly to avoid your trampoline tent becoming dangerous.
•
The trampoline tent must be kept dry as much as possible. It is therefore best to dismantle it and
store it in a dry and sheltered location when not in use.
•
During winter, snow and low temperatures can damage the trampoline tent. We recommend you
dismantle and store your trampoline tent in a dry place under shelter.
•
Regularly inspect your trampoline tent for any defects or premature wear.
•

When dismantling your trampoline tente, follow the assembly instructions in reverse.
WARRANTY
The trampoline tent you have purchased has a warranty against manufacturing defects and premature
wear (see details on the site). Our trampolines tents have undergone numerous tests under intensive
use and extreme conditions, and have been awarded the certifications en71.
EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY ARE THE FOLLOWING:
•
Tears on the fabrics or netting.
•
Steel cracks, breaks or bends in the event of an impact.
•
Seam problems if torn.
•
The unusual or non-compliant use of products.
•
Damage from work performed by a technician not approved by Alice's Garden.
•
Damage resulting from a cause external to the equipment (for example: accident, impact, lightning,
strong winds, etc.).
•
Damage linked to transportation, and missing parts not indicated on the delivery slip.
Alice's Garden warranty claims are fulfilled by the replacement of damaged parts and the payment of
return postage costs borne by the purchaser. If the product cannot be repaired, Alice's Garden will offer
you a replacement, at a preferential rate, in the form of a product of equivalent characteristics. The cont-
ractual warranty does not preclude the benefits of the legal warranty against hidden defects, which runs
for 6 months starting from the date of delivery. We bear no liability for accidents caused by incorrect use
or failure to follow the safety instructions.
