EN: Pass the square tube of the front wheel set through the front
end of the frame from bottom to top, put the handlebar on the
exposed square tube of the front fork until it is inserted in the bottom,
and the spring buckle pops up to secure it. (as shown in the picture)
FR: Faites passer le tube carré du jeu de roues avant à travers
l'extrémité avant du cadre de bas en haut, placez le guidon sur le
tube carré exposé de la fourche avant jusqu'à ce qu'il soit inséré
dans le bas, et que la boucle à ressort s'ouvre pour le fixer. (comme
indiqué sur la photo)

EN: Put the rear basket on the steel pipe at the rear end of the
frame. (as shown in the picture)
