Q1
Can opener is not working
Check the battery light indicator to make sure battery is fully charged
Q2 Can opener is not opening the can lid during operation
If the can opener is operating and rotating around the lid of the can but not
cutting the lid, press the on/off button to turn off and make sure the lip of the
lid is placed between the cutter and gear of the can opener (refer back to
step 2 of the user steps).
Q3 Can lid did not attach to the bottom of the can opener after removing
Due to air pressure inside the can, the lid of the can may need to be
removed manually
Q4 Can opener suddenly stopped working
Check the battery light indicator to make sure battery is fully charged
