display 95% when higher than 95%
5. Humidity resolution: 1% RH
Accuracy
1. Temperature accuracy:
0°C ~ -40°C: ± 1°C
-20°C ~ 0°C, 40°C ~ 65°C: ± 2°C
32°F ~ 104°F: ±1.8°F
-4°F ~ 32°F, 104°F ~ 149°F: ±3.6°F
2. Humidity accuracy: +/- 5 % RH (@40%RH to 80%RH);
+/- 8 % RH (Other range)
Temperature alert set
1.In normal mode, press ALERT to open or close temperature alert
function.
2. In normal mode, press and hold the ALERT button for 2 seconds
to set temperature alert function.
3. The setting order is: outdoor temperature upper limit > outdoor
temperature lower limit > indoor temperature upper limit > indoor
temperature lower limit > exit.
4. Press UP or DOWN button to change the value.
Temperature alert
1. When outdoor temperature in -1°C ~ +2.9°C (+30.2°F ~ +37.3°F),
the ice icon
will flash, when the temperature out of the range, the
icon will disappear
Note: The ice alert not needs setting, as long as the temperature in
the alert range, the icon will be displayed.
Displaying temperature/ humidity trend
The current indoor temperature/humidity and the temperature/
humidity trend (indoors) are shown in the LCD display.
After successfully connecting with the remote sensor, the weather
station can display the remote temperature/ humidity and the
temperature/ humidity trend (remote)
You may see the following displays:
The temperature / humidity is rising (temperature rises
1°C/1.8°F; humidity rises: 5%RH )
The temperature / humidity is remaining constant (temperature
stays within 1°C/1.8°F; humidity stays within: 5%RH )
The temperature / humidity is falling (temperature drops
1°C/1.8°F; humidity drops: 5%RH )
Moon Phase
The moon phase column displays the moon phase level. The moon
phase level is divided into 12 levels, as shown in the figure below:
(Please pay attention to the negative display effect, the full moon
must be all lit.)
There are three levels of tide display:High>Medium>Low. The
corresponding tide is displayed as follows:

Weather forecast
1. The unit predicts weather condition of the next 12-24 hours based
on the change of atmospheric pressure. The weather forecast is
based on atmospheric pressure change and is about 70-75%
correct.
The following are icons that will show:
sunny
Half sunny
Cloudy day
Rainy
Stormy
Snowy
NOTE: After setting up, weather forecast readings should be
disregarded for the next 24 hours. This will allow sufficient time for
the weather station to collect data and therefore result in a more
accurate forecast. Common to weather forecasting, absolute
accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The weather forecasting feature is
estimated to have an accuracy level of about 75% due to the varying
areas the weather station has been designed for use in.
2. The trend of barometer: Barometer rise or down at 1 HPA within 1
hours, the arrow will rise or down, if barometer rise or down less than
1 HPA, the arrow displays horizontal.
Indoor comfort display
: When indoor humidity is lower than 39%.
: When indoor humidity is between 40%~70%, at the same time
the temperature is between 20°C ~28°C(68°F~82.4°F).
: When indoor humidity is higher than 71%.
: When indoor humidity is between 40%~70% but the temperature
is not between 20°C ~28°C(68°F~82.4°F), the display will be blank.

Outdoor Sensor Function
a. Once the display unit has been set up and the channel synchro-
nized with the outdoor sensor, the display unit will begin the registra-
tion process. It can take up to 3 minutes to complete the registration,
where the display unit will search for an RF (Radio Frequency) signal
from the outdoor sensor. The outdoor sensor signal strength will
show the connection strength to the outdoor sensor. If there are no
bars or if bars are not showing at its maximum strength (5 bars) try
placing the outdoor sensor or display unit elsewhere for better con-
nection.
b. If the RF Signal was lost and not reconnected, the outdoor tem-
perature and humidity level will begin to flash after 1 hour of lost
connection. If no connection was found after 2 hours only a dotted
line ' - - - ' will be displayed in place of the temperature and humidity
level.
Note: To manually restart the RF registration, press and hold the
"DOWN" button for 3 seconds. The display unit will now search for
the RF signal for the next 3 minutes.
Setting the Channel
Setting the channel connection between the display unit and outdoor
sensor:
a. To change the channel on the display unit between 1, 2, 3 &1-3
sequential display, press the "DOWN" button. The channel setting will
display on the below of the outdoor temperature.
b. To change the channel option on the outdoor sensor open the
battery compartment cover, on the upper right side is a button.
c. Always make sure the channel chosen on the display unit matches
the channel option chosen on the outdoor sensor.
Low Battery Indicator
If the low battery indicator is displayed on the LCD for either the
outdoor sensor or the display unit, immediately change the batteries
to prevent disruptions in communications of the devices.
Placement of the Device
Proper placement of both the display unit and the outdoor sensor are
critical to the accuracy and performance of this product.
DISPLAY UNIT PLACEMENT
Place the display unit in a dry area free of dirt and dust. Display unit
stands up right for tabletop/countertop use.
Important Placement Guidelines
a. To ensure accurate temperature measurement, place units out of
direct sunlight and away from any heat sources or vents.
b. Display unit and outdoor sensor must be within 200ft (60m) of
each other.
c. To maximize wireless range, place units away from large metallic
items, thick walls, metal surfaces, or other objects that may limit
wireless communication.
d. To prevent wireless interference, place both units at least 3ft (0.9
m) away from electronic devices (TV, computer, microwave, radio,
etc.
