MONARCH LABEL GUNS

OPERATING ISSUE

Gun is jamming.

Characters are printing upside down or

backwards.

Print is cutting in half.

The gun is not printing.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Open cover and remove label roll.

2. Check for any excess labels inside the gun (in the

label feed channel and rear exit) and remove.

3. Clean inside with cotton swab and alcohol. This

includes:

• Underneath supply guide

• Peel bar

• Front feed channel for labels

• Rear exit for labels

4. Reload labels per instructions.

The knob is turned too far. Turn the knob until the

characters appear correctly in the window.

Unload and reload the labels. Once reloaded the gun

should adjust on its own.

characters are black on a white background.

Vérifiez qu'il n'y a pas d'étiquettes en excès à l'intérieur du pistolet (dans le canal d'alimentation des étiquettes et la sortie arrière) et retirez-les.
