4. REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS PANEL ACQUABELLA
It is possible to repair the colour of an AKRON panel of Acquabella if for some reason its surface had been damaged by
improper use. In these cases you can request a repair kit that should be required specifying correct texture and colour of
the panel to repair . The kit includes two components, A and B. Procedure to repair a panel:
1.
Clean the surface of the panel very well. Use industrial alcohol or acetone diluted in water with a lint-free cloth. .

2.
The surface must be completely clean and dry
3.
Secure with masking tape or similar susceptible areas (tiles , screens , etc.)
4.
Open the can and the bottle.
5.
Put the coloured lacquer and catalyst on a small painter plastic bucket and mix .
6.
Use a little roller to paint 8 or 10 cm. good quality ,doing long strokes and always in the same direction , repeating if
necessary. It is important not release lint remains,

Depending on the state of the area to restore , you may need to apply several hands of painting. Allow to dry
between them at least 40 minutes before applying the next coat
8.
Finally let dry 48 hours before removing the masking tape protection.

5. ADVICE
1.
Transporting the panel only inside the package , and avoid excessive loads. Do not support on an upright position.
2.
CONSTRUPLAS SLU is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or transport.
3.
The installation must be performed only by authorized health specialist technician.
4.
Always check before installing the panel.
5.
During installation of the panel should protect the surfaces of the shower tray, tiles, wall tiles.
6.
Avoid any kind of dirt, soiling specifically work rests.
7.
The walls where the replacement panel sits must be clean, dry and free from grease.
8.
In order to ensure proper installation phases of work shall be done within the working times.
4. REPARATURANWEISUNGEN VON EINER ACQUABELLA BADEWANNE
-REINIGUNG DER OBERFLÄCHE:
Grundreinigung der Oberfläche unter Verwendung eines sauberen fusselfreien Lappen mit in Wasser verdünntem Aceton.
Die Oberfläche der Badewanne muss sauber und trocken sein.
-AUSBESSERUNG VON SCHÄDEN:
Um tiefere Oberflächenschäden auszubessern besteht die Möglichkeit sich von uns die entsprechende Spachtelmasse
mitliefern zu lassen.
Schädigungen die gefüllt werden sollen, mit Klebeband abkleben.
Spachtelmasse mit mitgelieferten Härter mischen.
Schädigungen mit Spachtelmasse auffüllen und 10 Minuten trocknen lassen.
Nach dem Aushärten überstehende Spachtelmasse vorsichtig abschaben, dabei leichte Struktur modellieren.
-GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG:
Die beide Komponenten A und B des Reparatursets vollständig vermischen.
Farbe mit fusselfreien Schaumrollen, Breite ca. 8-10 cm, auftragen. Lange gleichmäßige Streichbewegungen in eine
Richtung mehrfach wiederholen. Je nach Schädigung der Oberfläche sollte der Streichvorgang im Abstand von 40
Minuten Trockenzeit wiederholt werden.
Aushärtung zur vollständigen Nutzung: 48 Studen.
HINWEIS: Nach der Reparatur können Farbtonabweichungen entstehen.
