Commissioning via SolarGo App
• Make sure that the WiFi RSSI value is higher than -60, -50 or higher is recommended.
When the RSSI value is less than -60, you should move the router closer to the device,re-
move the obstacle, or add a repeater to improve the signal strength.
• When both WiFi and LAN modes are enabled on WiFi/LAN Kit-20, the communication is in
LAN mode as priority.
• If both WiFi and LAN modes are disabled on WiFi/LAN Kit-20 simultaneously, the commu-
nication will not be available.
Step 1 Download and install SolarGo app.
The UI may be different due to the app version
upgrade. Scan the QR code for latest SolarGo app
user manual.
Step 2 Connect the app and the device through
bluetooth signal (WLA-*** or WFA-***).
Step 3 For first connection with the device via Bluetooth, there will be a Bluetooth pairing
prompt, tap Pair to continue the connection.
Step 4 Log in as an Owner or an Installer. Initial password: 1234. For first login, modify the
initial login password following the prompts.
Step 5 Tap Home > Settings > Communication Setting to set communication parameters
of the device based on actual needs, like enable or disable WLAN, set network parameters,
etc. For more details, refer to the Configuring Communication Parameters section in the
SolarGo App User Manual.
Change Login Password
The app login password can be changed. Keep the changed password in mind after changing
it. Long press to restore the dongle if you forget the password.
Step 1 Connect the device to the app, and log in to the app.
Step 2 Tap Home > Settings > Change Login Password to change the password.
Step 3 Change the password based on actual needs.
