GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Personal injury and/or property damage may occur if the rules of use and
installation are not observed.
- Never stand under the tool balancer.
- Do not expose the tool balancer to liquids.
- Avoid twist and friction of the cable during travel to prevent premature wear.
- Observe maximum capacity.
- Do not open tool balancer covers as the uncontrolled unwinding of the
tension spring may cause injury.
TOOL BALANCER INSTALLATION
Unpack and inspect the tool balancer to ensure there is no damage.
Make sure that hanger and bottom hook are secured and swiveling properly.
Attach the tool balancer to a fixed support with enough capacity to support tool
balancer and tool weight.
Attach a cable or chain to the secondary attachment point provided for added
security.
Leave some play in the secondary cable or chain to allow the tool balancer to
rotate freely and stop within 10 cm of the work surface if falling.
Make sure that the pneumatic tools used with the tool balancer respect minimum
and maximum capacity (in kilograms).
Adjust tension according to tool weight.

To increase tension turn Allen screw clockwise.
To release tension hold spring tension with Allen screw and release latch, turn the
screw anti clockwise.

Use a flat wrench to turn the adjustment hex in the desired direction.
All models
Always bring the tool to highest position to attach or detach from the balancer
and to avoid free winding of the cable.
Keep the working angle of the cable below 20° from vertical.

RÈGLES DE SÉCURITÉ GÉNÉRALES
Des blessures corporelles et/ou des dommages matériels peuvent survenir
si les règles d'utilisation et d'installation ne sont pas observées.
- Ne jamais se tenir sous l'équilibreur à outils.
- Ne pas exposer l'équilibreur à des liquides.
- Éviter les frictions ou torsions du câble lors de l'utilisation pour prévenir
une usure prématurée.
- Inspecter régulièrement les câbles et crochets.
- Ne pas dépasser la capacité maximale.
- Ne pas ouvrir le boitier, le déroulement incontrôlé du ressort pourrait
causer des blessures.
INSTALLATION DE L'ÉQUILIBREUR À OUTILS
Déballez et inspectez l'équilibreur à outils pour vous assurer de l'absence de
dommage.
Assurez-vous que les crochets de suspension sont bien attachés et qu'ils pivotent
correctement.
Accrochez l'équilibreur à outils à un support de capacité suffisante en tenant
compte du poids de l'équilibreur et de l'outil.
Toujours attacher un câble ou une chaîne secondaire à l'orifice prévu à cet effet.
Assurez-vous que le câble ou la chaîne secondaire est assez long pour permettre
à l'équilibreur de tourner librement et de s'immobiliser à 10 cm de la surface de
travail, en cas de chute.
Assurez-vous que les outils pneumatiques utilisés avec l'équilibreur respectent
la capacité minimale et maximale.
Ajustez la tension en fonction du poids de l'outil.

Pour augmenter la tension, tournez l'écrou Allen dans le sens horaire.
Pour réduire la tension, retenir le ressort à l'aide de la clé Allen et relâcher
le loquet. Tournez l'écrou dans le sens antihoraire.
64.525 – 64.530
Pour ajuster la tension, utilisez une clé plate pour tourner l'écrou d'ajustement
dans le sens désiré.
Tous les modèles
Toujours remonter le crochet pour accrocher ou décrocher un outil pour éviter
une remontée incontrôlée de celui-ci.
Lors de l'utilisation, respectez un angle maximal de 20° par rapport à la verticale.
