PRODUCT APPLICATION
Integrity Pillowz™ are made from high temperature
resistant thermal fabrics and insulation and used in
conjunction with Integrity Plugz™ inspection ports.
The Integrity Pillowz™ add a layer of protection by
creating a barrier between the internal pipe/vessel
and the Integrity Plugz™ inspection ports. This
product is a great solution where there is concern
that the cut out insulation is not being put back
in under the inspection cover and/or where high
temperatures are a concern. Integrity Pillowz™ can
be installed on insulated pipes, tanks, and vessels.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Integrity Pillowz™ are made from high performing
thermal fabric and insulation for extra protection
against high temperature applications. Integrity
Pillowz™ can provide temperature resistance up to
1100°F. The Integrity Pillowz™ also includes a lanyard
that integrates with the Integrity Plugz™ inspection
ports to avoid loss. The Integrity Pillowz™ come
standard with a pull handle to make removal simple.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Always use proper PPE and follow
internal/employer safety procedures.

STEP
Visually confirm
your Integrity Pillow is
matching the size of the
Integrity Plug you are
installing it with.

STEP
Open the cover
to the installed Integrity
Plug and remove screw
closest to lanyard.

STEP
Insert new
screw provided in
the Integrity Pillowz™
package.

STEP
Insert the
lanyard of the Integrity
Pillow into the hole
and slide the grommet
over the screw so the
lanyard is attached
from the inside. Slide on
the washer followed by
the nut which are both
included in the Integrity
Pillowz™ package.

STEP
Tighten the
screw to secure the
lanyard using a cordless
drill (do not over
tighten).

STEP
When finished,
push the Integrity
Pillow into the hole so it
sits just below the cover
of the Integrity Plug.

STEP
Replace the
Integrity Plug cover to
ensure the inspection
port is completely
sealed.
