tips
• Hard or cold products such as butter and eggs must be taken out of the refrigerator in time, so they can be processed at room
temperature.
• To prevent pieces of egg shell or dirty eggs from ending up in the mix, we recommend breaking the eggs in a separate bowl first and
then adding them to the mix.
• Do not mix for too long, observe the times stated in the recipe.
• Knives, forks and metal spoons will damage the whisks and dough hooks.
• Always start mixing at a low speed and then slowly increase the speed until the required speed is reached.

cleaning and maintenance
Always remove the plug from the socket when you leave the appliance unsupervised and before you assemble, disassemble or clean
the appliance. Always eject the whisks and dough hooks from the hand mixer before you start cleaning it.
• The outside of the hand mixer can be wiped with a lightly moist cloth.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. These could affect the materials.
• Never submerge the hand mixer in water or other liquids.
• The whisks and dough hooks can be washed up by hand, but may also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
