EN Mounting instructions
• Mount the flexible coupling 1 on the encoder shaft;
• fix the encoder to the flange 2 by means of screws 3;
MI36
• mount the flexible coupling 1 on the motor shaft, then secure the
MI36K
flange 2 either to the motor or to the mounting support;
• make sure the misalignment tolerances of the flexible coupling 2 are
respected.
• Mount the encoder on the motor shaft. Avoid forcing the encoder
shaft;
MC36
• fasten the fixing plate 4 to the rear of the motor using a M3
MC36K
cylindrical head screw 5;
• fix the collar 3 to the encoder shaft by means of the two grub screws.

• Montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del encoder;
• fijar el encoder a la brida 2 mediante los tornillos previstos 3;

• montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del motor, después fijar la

• Montare il giunto elastico 1 sull'encoder;
• fissare l'encoder alla flangia di fissaggio 2 mediante le viti 3;

• montare il giunto elastico 1 sul motore, poi fissare la flangia 2 al
MI36K
motore (o al supporto);
• assicurarsi che le tolleranze di disallineamento ammesse dal giunto
elastico 1 siano rispettate.
• Inserire l'encoder sull'albero del motore. Evitare sforzi sull'albero
encoder;
MC36
• fissare la molla di fissaggio 4 sul retro del motore utilizzando una vite
MC36K
M3 a testa cilindrica 5;
• fissare il collare 3 dell'albero encoder mediante i due grani.

• Monter le joint élastique 1 sur l'arbre du codeur;
• fixer le codeur à la bride 2 au moyen des vis 3;

• monter le joint élastique 1 sur le moteur, puis fixer la bride 2 au
MI36K
moteur (ou au support);
• s'assurer que les tolérances de mauvais alignement admises par le joint
élastique 1 soient respectées.
• Monter le codeur sur l'arbre moteur sans forcer l'arbre codeur;

• fixer la plaquette de fixation 4 à la partie postérieure du moteur en
MC36K
utilisant une vis type M3 à tête cylindrique 5;
• fixer le collier 3 de l'arbre codeur au moyen des deux boulons sans tête.

• Geber mit dem Adapterflansch 2 verschrauben;

• es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die zulässigen Toleranzen der Kupplung
1 eingehalten werden.
• Geber auf die Motorwelle montieren. Belastungen der Geberwelle
vermeiden;

• Befestigungsfeder 4 auf der Rückseite des Motors mit einer M3
MC36K
Schraube 5 befestigen;
• Klemmring 3 festschrauben.
