WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS
Equipment purchased as a KIT
We guarantee each PASSION AUDIO KIT for a 180 day period on the tubes and a two year period
on all other electronic components. The guarantee begins on the date of purchase on the original
invoice. The equipment must have been assembled and used according to the instructions contained
in the Passion Audio Kit manual.
Assembled purchased equipment
We guarantee each PASSION AUDIO KIT for a 180 day period on the tubes and five years on all
other electronic components. The guarantee begins on the date of purchase on the original invoice.
After sale service
We repair free of charge any unit with a malfunction caused by a defective part of origin.
For an equipment bought as a kit, we repair at your cost (parts and labour) a unit which becomes
defective due to an assembly mistake or an improperly soldered component.
Packaging and transportation
Our warranty does not cover the cost of packaging, insurance and transportation, to and from the
repair shop.
Any defective equipment must therefore be sent to our repair shop (or your local retailer) in its
original packaging, with paid transportation and insurance.
