7. Changing the cutter insert
NOTICE! Replace clamping screw no. 231999 after every fifth time you change the cut-
ter insert.
1. Release clamping screw with screwdriver for Torx Plus®.
2. Remove cutter insert.
3. Blow out clamping seat and screw thread.
4. Insert cutter insert.
5. Screw clamping screw into drill with engraved torque.

Fully emerging drill head
Material damage to the workpiece and drill.
» End drilling process before the drill head emerges completely from the workpiece.
 After drilling process, deburr bore correctly.
