INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove existing factory Stainless Sunvisor.
2. Drill through rivets on brackets first, using a 1/8" drill bit, followed by a ¼" drill bit.
3. In the interior, remove both storage shelf inserts located on the upper console
4. The new stainless steel brackets are marked according to where they go, Their positions are as follows:
UCOR – passenger side toward outside of truck
UCMR – passenger side mid bracket (between outside and inside bracket)
UCIR – passenger side toward the inside of truck or center of truck
UCIL – driver side toward inside or center of truck
UCML – driver side mid bracket (between outside and inside of bracket)
UCOL – driver side toward outside of truck
5. Apply a generous amount of silicone caulking to the bracket and roof holes. Then attach the new brackets to the old
bracket locations using the supplied ¼" x ¾" bolts (with flat washers under heads) on the lower holes, and ¼" x 1" bolts
(with flat washers) on the top holes, according to their respective positions.
6. Use the large washers on the upper bolts inside the console, and regular washers on the lower bolts above the windshield.
Do not tighten the nuts, the brackets must remain moveable at this point.
7. Set the Sunvisor halves in place starting with the passenger side, use the supplied 10-32 truss head screws, flat washers,
and locknuts to attach Sunvisor halves to the brackets. Use the factory bolts to fasten the Sunvisor ends in place (use
silicone roof holes.)
8. Once the Sunvisor is sitting in desired position, tighten all hardware and remove the remaining protective coating.
