From here you can modify

the type of session you want:

modified with the small arrow
located initially next to the
TIME concept which

Changing session duration
Once the TIME concept is
selected, you can modify the

The displayed default value
is 10 minutes but this can be
changed in steps of 1 minute
between the values 1:00 and
15:00.
