8.6 Different use
WARNING: only switch to different use with a stopped motor and standstill
blade.
You can mowe with or without the grass box installed.
8.6.1 Mowing without the grass box
If the grass collect box is not installed , the grass will be thrown out from the rear opening
(between the mower housing and the rear lid).
8.6.2 Mowing with the grass box
For mowing with the grass box, Lift the rear cover and mount the grass collecting box.
The grass will be collected into the collecting box.
Remove the mulching wedge (if installed) before positioning the grass collecting box.

To remove the mulching wedge: Lift the rear cover and remove the mulching wedge.
8.6.3 Mulching (Fig. 8)
Your lawn mower can also be used for mulching. To do so, install the mulching plug :

Raise the discharge door and remove the grass box.
▪
Push the mulching plug into the deck. Lock it tightly in its position.
▪
Lower the discharge again.
8.7 Gras box warning system (Fig. 7)
There is a warning piece in the grass box which will indicate the grass volume.

If the flap is open it means that there is still space for grass collection.
▪
If the flap is closed it means that there is no space for grass collection.
