Troubleshooting
Check the receiver according to the procedures shown below.
Symptom
The LED display on front panel
does not light up.
No picture or sound.
The remote control does not
work.
One or more channels have a
black screen.
Be careful this action will reset your Denver decoder and you will lose all configuration done
In the Main Menu using the Menu button on your DENVER remote.
Select «Restore Factory Default»
Enter the password, the default password is «0000» and press OK.
Cause
The power cord is not plugged
in.
Wrong connection of the
HDMI OR SCART cable.
The batteries of the remote
control are not inserted or
exhausted.
Wrong channel scan.

Restore Factory Default

Remedy
Check if the power cord is
plugged in to the wall outlet.
Connect the HDMI OR
cable is correctly connected to
the DENVER and the TV.
Check that the Antenna cable
is well connected to the wall
and the DENVER
Check whether the batteries
are inserted correctly in your
remote control. Check the
batteries, and if exhausted
replace them.
From a channel, press MENU
button on the DENVER remote
control.
Go to the "Installation" Menu.
Select "Search networks"
make sure that Provider is set
Monaco Telecom
to and
Network ID is 44100.
Press "Search" to complete the
process.
