PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove all other items from packaging. To avoid scratching of floor or lamp parts, assembly
on a soft floor surface is recommended.
2. Assemble shade (B) to shade holder (A) by aligning 3 securement bumps located on shade (B)
with 3 open ends of shade holder (A), then slide shade (B) clockwise into shade holder (A) up
to the perfect position.

MAINTENANCE:
• This lamp requires a 60 watt bulb maximum or a 13 watt CFL bulb maximum (bulbs not included).
• Wattages listed are maximums - lower wattages may be used.
IMPORTANT BULB INFORMATION: Do not use halogen light bulbs with this lamp-halogen bulbs
operate at a higher temperature and failure of a halogen bulb may cause smoke and/or fire damage
to the lamp and/or surroundings.
DO NOT USE 3-WAY LIGHT BULBS IN THIS LAMP - THIS IS NOT A 3-WAY LAMP.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not
fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.
