Mounting instruction for standard ceilings of 450kg and 630kg cabins
This lighting has to be operated only with 24V direct voltage.
Scope of delivery Art.no. 020277 with CabinLED
1x Cabin ceiling length x width x 40mm

1x Supply unit CabinLED-PS 24V

(If a self-provided supply unit is used, no warranty for the
safety and the correct function of the LED lamps can be given.)
The pre-installed ceiling is fixed to the cabin roof with 4 threaded bolts.
There are 2 different lengths of threaded bolts:
M8x30mm for tin roofs
M8x50mm for wooden roofs
At first check at which points the ceiling can be fixed.
Put the corresponding bolts into the sliding blocks in the profile rails of the ceiling, so that the sliding blocks can still move.
Both the sliding blocks and the crossbars can be moved in two directions. For moving the crossbars loosen the fixation screws connecting the
profile rails.
Choose the position of the bolts and secure them with the delivered screw fixation in the corresponding sliding blocks. Screw the crossbars on
again.
Drill the holes for the bolts and make a feedthrough of 10mm at a suitable position in the cabin roof for the line between the 6way distributor and the
supply unit. Use the delivered rubber cable duct.
The supply unit must not be placed in the cabin ceiling.
Mount the ceiling and fix it to the cabin roof with the enclosed washers and M8 self-locking nuts.

Due to technical reasons the light colour of the lamps can vary slightly.
*Specialised person (corresponding to EN81-20):
A person who has been trained accordingly and disposes of expertise based on knowledge and experience, and who is equipped with the necessary instructions to
be able to safely effect the required maintenance or control of the lift, or the rescue of passengers.
The assembly has to be effected by specialised persons* only.

When mounting all corresponding safety regulations and measures for
the mounting of lifts and electrical installations are to be considered
