• Note: The lid knobs (A) are pre-attached to the lid (B) with (2) pre-installed M5x35mm screws
(CC) and washers (DD). Flip the lid upside down to reveal the lid knobs.
• Please remove the knobs using a Phillips screwdriver and re-assemble them on the lid right-
side up.
