The LifeGoods Floor Standing Fan is suited for indoor use and makes little noise (53 dB). The three
-
different speed settings: Low, medium and high, and the tiltable fan head (180° upwards/downwards)
make the fan easy to use. The Floor Standing Fan comes pre-assembled and can be used right away!

Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Floor Standing Fan Misuse of the

appliance can result in personal injury, or damages to the fan.
Use and store Floor Standing Fan away from children or persons with physical, sensory or mental disabi-

lities. Usage is permitted when they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
Make sure that children do NOT play with the Floor Standing Fan.

NEVER insert fingers or other parts of the body, pencils or any other objects through the guards when

the plug is connected to the power outlet.
Use the Floor Standing Fan only for purposes described in this user manual.

If the Floor Standing Fan malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT

use the appliance and contact Customer Service.
The FLoor Standing Fan is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.

Use the FLoor Standing Fan indoors only.

Do NOT leave the Floor Standing Fan unattended when in use. When you are not using the device, turn

the device off and disconnect the device from the power socket
Do NOT disconnect the Floor Standing Fan from its power supply by pulling the cable.

Do NOT carry or pull the device by its cable.

Make sure that you do NOT trip over the cable. The cable should not be kinked, trapped or twisted.

Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Floor Standing Fan. This can damage the device. For
-
safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent
hazards, always send the device to the service centre for repairs.
Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damage to the Floor Standing Fan.

Always check the power cord and plug before using the Floor Standing Fan. Do NOT operate the de-

vice if the cord or plug are damaged. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by a qualified person
in order to avoid damages and personal injuries.
Make sure to prevent any contact with water. Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands and

do NOT touch the power cord with damp or wet hands. Do NOT use the Floor Standing Fan in or near
a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water. Do NOT submerge the device in water.
If water does get inside the casing, turn the fan off immediately and contact our customer service.

If the power fails during usage, turn off the Floor Standing Fan immediately and pull the plug from the

socket.
The Floor Standing Fan heats up during use. Do NOT use the device if you are sensitive to heat.

Keep the Floor Standing Fan away from areas where the surrounding temperature is extremely hot (e.g.

stoves or other sources of heat).
Do NOT cover the Floor Standing Fan when it is switched on. Never put blankets or cushions on top of
-
or against the device This poses a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.
Always place the Floor Standing Fan on a stable and level surface.

NEVER use the Floor Standing Fan without its guards.

Keep ties, scarves, necklaces, long hair away from the rotating parts of the fan.

Keep your pets away from the Floor Standing Fan.

ONLY tilt the Floor Standing Fan when it is not plugged in. NEVER tilt the head if the fan is turned on.

Receiving Your Shipment
When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify

your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately
with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save
the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions
Tilt the head of the fan in the desired direction (upwards or downwards). Caution: Never tilt the head

when the fan is turned on.
Connect the plug to the power socket.

Choose the desired speed setting using the rotary knob on the back of the fan:

0 = Off - 1 = Low - 2 = Medium - 3 = High
Turn the rotary knob on 0 (= Off) when you are not using the fan and pull the plug from its power source.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Always pull the plug from its power source before cleaning the Floor Standing Fan. Use a soft, clean
-
cloth to remove dust from the exterior and interior surfaces of the fan. Use a moist cloth and mild soap
to clean the exterior surfaces of the fan. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents. Dry the
cleaned surfaces thoroughly before using or storing the fan.
