2-1.Replacement of LED Light Battery
LED light battery box is located on the left side panel of the
unit compartment .See Fig.2-1.
a) Push and slide out battery box lid.
b)Remove the old batteries.
c)Insert the new batteries inside of the battery box.
d)Push and slide the battery box lid back on.

3. Searing Side Burner Valve Assembly
a) Remove the 2 screws from the searing side burner.
See Fig.3.a1. Remove the searing side burner. See
Fig.3.a2.

Assembly Instructions
b) Loosen but do not remove the 2 screws that are pre-
attached to the valve. Insert the searing side burner valve
into the searing side burner control panel and bezel. Align
the screws on the valve with the large side of the holes on
the bezel. Slide the screws down to the smaller holes and
tighten the screws to secure. See Fig.4.a1.
c) Replace the searing side burner, angling it so that the
side burner tube slides over the valve orifice. See
Fig.4.a2.
d) Locked 2 screws removed in step a. See Fig.5.
e) Loosen the screw at the front of the Side Burner Bowl
(C) then align the Side Burner Igniter Wire (L) to the hole
and tighten the screw, See Fig.5.
