User Instructions
BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash the ceramic bowl in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher . Rinse well and
wipe dry . Wipe the electric base with a damp cloth and wipe it dry .
Carefully read the Important Warnings starting on page 5 before first use.
BASIC PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
• Always use this ceramic bowl with the corresponding fondussimo Evolution Mini
4-basket set (fME1000) .
• Install the fondussimo Evolution Mini set in which you want to place your ceramic
bowl on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated room.
• Before plugging the power cord of your fondussimo Evolution Mini set into
a 120-volt outlet, make sure that the temperature control is in the "off" position,
indicated by a (·) dot .
• Your Fondussimo Evolution Mini set has five temperature settings ranging from
lowest (I) to highest (IIIII). Use the heat controller to adjust the temperature during
the meal to achieve the desired result . The heating element will maintain the
selected temperature . for cheese and chocolate fondues, we recommend using
the temperature settings between levels (I)-(II) .
• The indicator light will come on to show that the appliance is heating . The heating
element and indicator light switch off when the selected temperature level
is reached . The element will switch on again when it has cooled down .
• When you are done using your fondussimo Evolution Mini set, set the temperature
control to the "off" position identified by a (·) dot. Unplug the power cord from the
wall outlet .
WARNING : The components of the Fondussimo Evolution Mini Set and the
ceramic bowl become very hot during use. Always allow all parts to cool
completely before handling.
