User Instructions
For your protection and maximum efficiency, please read this information carefully before use.
WARNING: This polybag is to be removed by the wearer only. Failure to read and follow these instructions
and warnings could result in serious injury; including blindness. Check with your supervisor to determine
whether this eyewear offers the proper protection for the application. Contact SureWerx for information.
Lenses offer limited eye protection against common impact hazards, metal chips, particles and sparks. They
will not provide protection against severe impact hazards such as, but not limited to, fragmenting grinding
wheels, high speed projectiles, explosive devices, molten metal or hazardous fluid splashes. Impact resistant
lenses are NOT unbreakable or impenetrable. This product should not be used for protection in any sport
related activity or simulated war games. Tinted lenses provide protection from the sun and are not to be used
in welding environments. Use proper shade filter lenses when exposed to optical radiation, including burning
and cutting. Not suitable for protection against x-rays, gamma rays, high energy particulate radiation or
lasers. Pitted or scratched lenses or plates reduce vision clarity, SEVERELY REDUCING IMPACT PROTECTION,
and should be replaced immediately to prevent injury. Inspect eyewear frequently and immediately. Replace
if dull, pitted, scratched or damaged. Chemical contact can cause rapid degradation which SEVERELY
REDUCES IMPACT PROTECTION. Do not use protective eyewear until a snug and secure fit has been obtained
every time. Do not modify in any way. Clean with mild soap and water or pat with clean soft tissue. NEVER
use solvents or abrasive cleaning compounds. Store in a cool, dry location. We recommend you to use the
eyewear for a period of 10 years. The duration of use depends on various factors such as way of use, clean-
ing, storage and maintenance. Frequent inspections and replacement in case of damage are recommended.
Eye protector shall only be used against high speed particles at room temperature.
WARNING: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this plastic bag away from babies and children. Do not
use this bag in cribs, beds, carriages or play pens. This bag is not a toy.
