WARNING: Performing a data reset will erase all your personal data and all of the contacts stored in your tablet, as
well as the applications that have been installed. That is why we recommend backing up your data before launching
the procedure. However, the information stored on the external memory card will not be erased.
There are two ways to perform a data reset:
Resetting the table using the settings menu:
In settings, click "Save and reset", then "Restore original factory settings".
Click "Reset tablet" then "Clear All" to confirm.
The table will turn off. The system will be reset when it restarts.
Resetting the device in "recovery" mode:
First of all, your device has to be turned off in order to access "recovery" mode! Then, hold
the "On/Off" button and press the Volume "+" button. Once the menu is displayed, you can release
these buttons. This menu is not touch sensitive! To move about, use the Volume button. To confirm an
action, use the "On/Off" button. Select and confirm "wipe data/factory reset", then Select and confirm
"Yes"; the tablet will be reset. Select "reboot system now" to restart the tablet.
NOTE: If you are experiencing any problems with your device, please perform a system reset before returning
the product to After-Sales Services if the problems persist.
22. Downloading an application
Your tablet is supplied with the on-line Google Play Store enabling you to download applications such as
utilities and games.
Access the on-line store by clicking its icon
NOTE: The availability of access to Google Play Store depends on your phone operator and the country in which you
are located. Access to this on-line store requires an account to be created.
