  • Page 7 MONTAGE GRUNDFELD A 2 x B 12 x Gießen Sie zwei Zementfundamente, welche für die Parkplatzüberdachung ausreichend dimensioniert sind. Achten Sie hier auf die ideale Beton- mischung und Fundamenttiefe. Befestigen Sie jeweils einen Stützpfosten (A) in einem Fundament. Nutzen Sie hierfür die beigelegten M28 x 900 Betonbolzenanker (B) und ziehen Sie diese mit den beiliegenden Muttern und Schrauben fest an.
  • Page 8 E 2 x F 8 x Befestigen Sie die Distanzstreben (E) an den Dachträgern (C) mit den gelieferten M12 x 35 Sechskantschrauben (F), Muttern und Unterlegscheiben D 20 x G 2 x H 2 x Stecken Sie die Diagonalstrebe (G) und die Diagonalstrebe (I) mit dem Diagonal-Spanner (H) zusammen. Montieren Sie die verbundenen Diagonalstre- ben (G) und (I) mit dem Diagonal-Spanner (H) überkreuzt an den Dachträgern (C).
  • Page 9 J 3 x K 6 x F 24 x Befestigen Sie die Schiene mit C-Profil (J) an die zwei inneren Löcher des bereits montierten Winkels der Dachträger (C). An den beiden äußeren Löchern des Winkels verschrauben Sie die Verbindungsstücke mit C-Profil (K) und ziehen diese fest an. Nutzen Sie hierfür die mitgelieferten M12 x 35 Sechskantschrauben (F) inkl.
  • Page 10 N 1 x O 4 x P 1 x Q 1 x R 2 x Befestigen Sie die Regenrinne (N) mit den vier M6,3 x 25 selbstschneidende Schrauben (O) an den beiden Stützpfosten (A). Stecken Sie anschließend das Fallrohr (P) in das vorgesehene Loch der Regenrinne (N).
  • Page 11 Auf das untere Ende des Fallrohrs (P) stecken Sie das Winkelstück (Q). Mit den beiden mitgelieferten Schellen (R) inkl. Schrauben können Sie das Fallrohr (P) an den Stützpfosten (A) verschrauben. O 12 x S 6 x Legen Sie die Schienen mit M-Profil (S) in gleichmäßigem Abstand von 1154 mm parallel zu den Dachträgern (C). Verschrauben Sie zuerst die Enden der Schienen mit M-Profil (S) an der Regenrinne (N) mit den M6,3 x 25 selbstschneidende Schrauben (O).
  • Page 12 Anschließend nutzen Sie weiterhin die M6,3 x 25 selbstschneidende Schrauben (O), um die Schienen mit M-Profil (S) an die Schienen mit C-Profil (J) zu montieren. S 36 x Danach schrauben Sie die mitgelieferten Klammern mit den M6,3 x 25 selbstschneidende Schrauben (O) auf die Schienen mit M-Profil (S). Auf einer Schiene mit M-Profil (S) werden sechs Klammern befestigt.

  • Page 15 U 24 x V 12 x 11-1 11-2 Befestigen Sie die Solarmodule mit Hilfe der äußeren Klemmen (V) an den beiden außenliegenden Schienen mit M-Profil (S). 11-3 11-4 Mit den mittleren Klemmen (U) werden die Solarmodule innerhalb der Überdachung auf die Schienen mit M-Profil (S) montiert. Ein Solarmodul wird rechts und links jeweils mit zwei Klemmen fixiert.

  • Page 27 MOUNTING BASE FIELD A 2 x B 12 x Pour two cement foundations that are sufficiently dimensioned for the parking lot canopy. Ensure the ideal concrete mix and foundation depth. Fasten one support post (A) in each foundation. To do this, use the enclosed M28 x 900 concrete bolt anchors (B) and tighten them firmly with the enclosed nuts and bolts.
  • Page 28 E 2 x F 8 x Attach the spacer struts (E) to the roof bars (C) using the supplied M12 x 35 hexagon bolts (F), nuts and washers D 20 x G 2 x H 2 x Push the diagonal brace (G) and the diagonal brace (I) together using the diagonal tensioner (H). Mount the connected diagonal braces (G) and (I) with the diagonal tensioner (H) crossed over on the roof bars (C).

Screw the connecting pieces with C-profile (K) to the two outer holes of the bracket and tighten them firmly. Use the supplied M12 x 35 hexagon bolts (F) including nuts and washers for this. L 4 x M 2 x Insert the diagonal brace (L) and longitudinal brace (M) through the holes provided in the rail with C-profile (J).

  • Page 31 Attach the angle piece (Q) to the lower end of the downpipe (P). You can screw the downpipe (P) to the support posts (A) using the two clamps (R) and screws supplied. O 12 x S 6 x Lay the rails with M profile (S) parallel to the roof girders (C) at an even distance of 1154 mm. First screw the ends of the rails with M profile (S) to the rain gutter (N) using the M6.3 x 25 self-tapping screws (O).

  • Page 47 MONTAGE DU PANNEAU DE BASE A 2 x B 12 x Coulez deux fondations en ciment suffisamment dimensionnées pour l‘abri de parking. Veillez à ce que le mélange de béton et la profondeur des fon- dations soient idéaux. Fixez un poteau de soutien (A) dans chaque fondation. Utilisez pour cela les boulons d‘ancrage pour béton M28 x 900 fournis (B) et serrez-les fermement avec les écrous et les vis fournis.

Vissez les pièces de jonction avec le profilé en C (K) dans les deux trous extérieurs de l‘équerre et serrez-les fermement. Utilisez à cet effet les vis à tête hexagonale M12 x 35 (F) fournies avec les écrous et les rondelles.
