Truck Hardware Gatorgear Ranger Instructions D'installation

Note: Gatorgear Bar Fillers are manufactured to be used with OE Steps Only.
INSTALLATION:
1. Remove the Step Bar from the Driver's side by removing the factory bolts or nuts. Set Step Bar aside.
2. Ensure both Steps and Brackets are clean and free of debris.
3. Perform a dry fit to ensure proper alignment and ensure u-nuts in step are in place and secure.
4. Remove frisket from Bar Filler and install bulb seal along the top edge. You may have to trim the length.
5. Place Bar Filler on brackets, aligning holes.
6. It is recommended that a thread lock additive be used when reinstalling bolts.
7. Reinstall the Step Bar over the Bar Filler using the factory bolts or nuts, tightening to 95"/lbs.
8. Repeat on passenger side.
